The Role

A position has arisen for a dynamic and passionate subject specialist in Film and Media to work within the highly successful and developing Film and Media department. It is an exciting time for the Film and Media department at The BRIT School. The department has seen a significant investment in industry-standard facilities, alongside the advent of BRIT Live, our student-led termly online broadcast about everything BRIT. 


The main teaching focus includes a variety of courses at both KS4 and Post 16. The teaching for this post combines both vocational and academic qualifications. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have a passion for the creative arts and a strong understanding of how to support learners to learn in a creative and innovative way.


The BRIT School is a unique institution offering specialist education in the arts and related technologies, alongside the full range of National Curriculum subjects. It is sponsored by the British Record Industry and has a unique relationship with the performing and creative arts industries. 



The Brit School runs a 5 Term academic year with some school holidays falling at different times to the usual Local Authority school breaks. Please see our website for further details of our term dates.
